Ty, 83, was born on November 9, 1928 in Jamaica, Long Island, New York and passed away on June 18, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Fideles & step-sons, Tony & Leo. He was a resident of Sunland, California at the time of his passing. A memorial service will be held in his honor on June 30th, 2012 starting at 1:30pm until 2:45pm at Forest Lawn's Wee Kirk O' the Heather Chapel in Glendale.
