Clara Christine Wait, 70, of Cathedral City, Calif., passed away May 22, 2013 in Cathedral City of cancer. She was born April 3, 1943 to Edward Ashmore and Ruth White in Indianapolis, Ind. She worked in retail most of her life. She is survived by her sons, Andy (Shannon) Tincher of Palm Desert, Calif., Sonnie Tincher and Adrian (Alfreda Carrillo) Martinez, both of Cathedral City; and sister, Audrey Carlton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Ashmore. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at Forest Lawn Cathedral City at 12 pm with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Forest Lawn Memorial Parks & Mortuaries.
