Chiu Kee Ho

Mr. Chiu Kee Ho, age 79, passed away Saturday morning September 20, 2025 at his residence in Baldwin Park, CA. He was born on January 1, 1946.

Chiu Kee is survived and missed by his loving wife Kwai Chun Leung, two daughters Ka Yee Ho and Karen Ho; three grandchildren, Chloe Chan, Zoey Chan and Hilson Lam. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.

He was born in Guangzhou China and has moved to Hong Kong when he was 20 where he eventually met his wife and married in 1976. His family moved to United States in 1996, and he works in the catering industry throughout his life. He always loves to cook for his family and friends, and everyone loves and enjoy his dishes especially wonton noodle and turnips cakes. He was never scared to take on new opportunities and did everything with honesty and integrity. He had very strong values and was well liked by everyone, mostly due to his positive energy. Chiu Kee had incredible patience and always made time to help others. 

Visitation and Funeral service will be held at Tribute Center in Forest Lawn Covina Hills, CA at 10: 00 a.m. to 1: 00 p.m. Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

何超祺先生，享年79歲，於2025年9月20日星期六上午於加州鮑德溫公園的住所逝世。

他生於1946年1月1日。何超祺的摯愛妻子梁桂珍、兩個女兒何嘉怡和何嘉嬿，以及三個外孫陳莃蒽，陳莃葶和林澆森，都深深地思念著他。他的許多親朋好友也將永遠懷念他。

他出生於中國廣州，20歲時移居香港，並於1976年結識了妻子並結婚。 1996年，他全家移居美國，一生從事餐飲業。他熱愛為家人和朋友烹飪，每個人都喜歡他做的菜，尤其是餛飩麵和蘿蔔糕。他從不畏懼接受新機遇，做任何事都誠實正直。他擁有堅定的價值觀，深受大家喜愛，主要歸功於他身上散發出的正能量。他擁有令人難以置信的耐心，總是抽出時間幫助他人。

探視遺容和葬禮將於九月三十日星期二上午 10 點至下午 1 點在加州福樂紀念公園Tribute Center 舉行。
