It is with much grief that we announce the passing of Chheng Seak Hor on January 17th, 2025. Born in the Kandal Province of Cambodia before immigrating to the United States, he lived a life surrounded by many loved ones.
He is survived by his loving wife Or Lorn, and many loving children and grandchildren.
