Dr. Charles Thomas Wells, born on July 28, 1923, in Los Angeles, CA, United States, passed away February 12, 2020 at the age of 96. He received his Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and went on to receive his DDS from the University of San Fransisco, California and practiced Dentistry for 63 years. Serving in the United States Army from 1944-1948, Dr. Wells earned the rank of Captain through his consistent commitment, excellence, and perseverance. He loved playing tennis, fishing, hunting, skiing, and traveling. He resided in Glendale, CA, and was surrounded with family, at the time of his passing.

He was preceded in death by his youngest son Russ Wells. He is survived by his wife Eunice, son James, three daughter-in laws, one son-in-law, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two stepsons, one stepdaughter, and five step-grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, California.
