Charles (Chuck) F. Vasquez

May 12, 1955 — February 12, 2018

Charles (Chuck) Vasquez lived in Cathedral City for almost forty years. He served the city he loved as a Councilman for nine years. Chuck held a number of jobs in his lifetime. He was especially proud of serving the citizens of Cathedral City as a member of the City Council. However, the greatest satisfaction of his life came from the work he did as the Director of the Chayil Men's Recovery / Transitional Home. He loved nothing more than to be able to help men and women turn their lives around and be reunited with their families. On February 12th, he went to be with the Lord Jesus that he served so faithfully. Chuck is survived by many family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Calvary Christian Center in Cathedral City, Ca. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Chayil Mens Home to continue the work Chuck so passionately believed in.
