He left our world much too early, but passed in peace at the age of 83. He is survived by his beloved wife and soul mate, Elsa, who he affectionately called "Ling", short for "Darling".
Loving father of Maria "Marites" (Scott), Roland (Jemma), Cesar Jr. "Jun" (Rachel) and Ricky (Vicky). Proud grandfather of Michelle, Scott Jr. "Junior" (Anna), Joshua, Jonathan, Brandon, Savannah, Lauren, Cameryn, Ryan, Erin, Christian and Hayden. Great-grandfather of Amelia.
Brother of Adella, Virginia (deceased), Loretta, and Portia. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Cesar will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving husband and father, former detective, skilled engineer and mechanic, honest, hard-working, kind and generous human being who loved camping, fishing, being outdoors, gardening and cultivating his crops and building up his ranch in Temecula, CA.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California.
