Cesar Rogado

Cesar Rogado passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026. He was born on March 13, 1947, in Luisiana, Laguna, Philippines. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California.

Cesar was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He dedicated 30 years of service to the United States Postal Service, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Merlie; his daughters, Christina and Myrla; his son-in-law, Brian; and his cherished grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, and Gigi.

Family meant everything to Cesar. Although he built his life in the United States, he never forgot his family in the Philippines and remained connected to them throughout his life.

Cesar will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and his big heart. His love was shown not through many words, but through his actions. Whether helping family, supporting those he cared about, or simply being there when he was needed, he expressed his love in countless meaningful ways.

His gentle spirit, unwavering devotion to his family, and selfless nature will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the chance to know and love him.
