Celia Moreno Miranda, was born on October 12, 1931 in Miami, Arizona to Ignacio & Josephine Moreno. Within 94 years she was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, tia, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, and so much more to so many. She passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, in Montclair, California.
Celia dedicated her life to her husband, Ysidro Miranda, with 61 years of marriage before his passing. From that marriage she created a family that she passed on every fiber of her being. She devoted her life to her son, Ysidro Miranda, Granddaughters, Ysidra Mercier and Christina Breceda, their spouses, Erik Mercier and Eric Breceda, grandchildren, Sky Mercier, Logan Mercier, Payton Breceda, and Sarina Breceda, and little chihuahua, Spotty that kept her company every day. She will continue to be in all of our hearts and her lasting impact on each of us will be passed on eternally.
Celia filled this world with her never ending love for life, people, and the joy she found in it. She expressed her affection through countless hugs and kisses, daily phone calls, conversations, laughter, and telling stories to keep all of her memories alive. Her love and joy could be felt through the happiness in her voice and the smile on her face every time. She will be remembered for all the lives she has touched just by being in it. Her memory will live in the hearts of all who were privileged to know and love her.
