Cecilia Feldman, 79, born on January 13, 1941, in New Kensington, PA, United States, passed away July 14, 2020. She resided in Palm Desert, CA at the time of her passing. She is survived by her loving sister, Joan Matt ,three nieces, several great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. Preceding her in death are her parents, Dario and Josephine Noca and her husband, Larry Feldman.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, California.
