Cassie was born in Manila, Philippines, April 26, 1938 to Rosalio and Rosario Saludares.
He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1964 and retired at the rank of Colonel. He immigrated to the US in 1978. He loved gardening, ballroom dancing, and cruising.
Cassie is survived by his daughter Clarisse, her husband, Glen, and their two children, Stephanie and Matthew; his brother Bernardo and his family and his sisters Elizabeth, Rose, Emma, and Sophia and their families.
