He married Sandra Desautel on November 23, 1962.
Joe is survived by his wife of 55 years; Sandra, three kids; Traci, Corey and Mark, eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one brother; Leonard Sinclair jr.
The Funeral is scheduled for Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:30 a.m.
