Ms. Carole Dianne Powelson - Lloyd, 84, was born on October 6, 1935, in Alhambra, CA, United States, and passed away on December 09, 2019 at 8:53am. She resided in Cerritos, CA at the time of her passing in a assisted living home. She also lived in Yorba Linda, CA at the Evergreen Villas for 16 years along with her beloved female dog "Missy" who she loved so much. She was blessed to be a grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren David Flores and Melissa Flores, she loved her grandchildren they were her pride and joy. She was like their second mom, best friend and went above and beyond for them. She loved her two children as well. She also loved dancing, music, life, and people she came to know. She was an amazing lady full of strength, love and a woman of faith. Her legacy of love, laughter and spirit will live on in the hearts of those who had the opportunity to have known her. May Gods grace, peace, and love be with you as you begin your new journey with the Lord. Thank you for being an amazing mother, grandmother and best friend, you will be forever missed and loved. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
