Cass Graff-Radford

December 8, 1952 — June 11, 2025

Cass Graff-Radford, 72, born on December 8, 1952 passed away peacefully from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer, on June 11, 2025 at Eisenhower Medical Center. Cass was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa to Jack and Vivienne Freed and resided in Rancho Mirage, California at the time of her passing. Cass was predeceased by her husband, Adrian, brothers, Brian and Johnny, and parents, Jack and Vivienne. She is survived by her children James and Vicky, son-in-law Charles, and grandchildren Jack and Blake.

Cass and her late, beloved husband, Dr. Adrian Graff-Radford, immigrated to the United States in 1975. In 1980, Cass and Adrian moved to the Coachella Valley, a community that accentuated their warmth, work ethic, and charisma. Cass became an active member of the Palm Springs Museum’s Contemporary Art Council, Temple Isaiah and supported Jewish causes throughout the Desert.

When her children left home for college, Cass discovered a new calling and second family in real estate. From 1997 until her final days, Cass represented clients from all regions and walks of life, bringing the same passion and energy with which she lived. Cass consistently ranked in the top of her field, and an industry soon blossomed around her command of a room. She fostered the home services careers of younger entrepreneurs in the Desert and took pride in ensuring her work family shared in her growth.

When Cass was not working, she loved watching movies with her husband, visiting her grandchildren at the beach, and entertaining friends. Above all, Cass cherished people and made sure everyone had a place at the dinner table for Thanksgiving and High Holidays. Cass healed others with laughter and devotion and will be forever remembered by those she graced with her sense of humor and style.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jewish Federation of the Desert and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
