Carmon Balentine

Carmon Balentine, 89, born on October 24, 1923, the youngest of six children in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
He resided with his wife Vicki in Long Beach, California at the time of his passing, December 30, 2012.
Dad was active in Law Enforcement and the Los Angeles District Attorney's office until his retirement.

Carmon was a Mason in good standing for over fifty years.
He was also an avid square dancer, lawn bowler, golfer...and just OK
at our friendly nickle, dime, quarter, three raise anything is wild monthly poker night.

Last Christmas Eve Carmon spent with his wife and children and was in very good spirits.
He was laughing ,eating, sharing stories about building and selling canes,eating more,
and as always there was plenty of Hugs & Kisses.

Christmas day brunch was was with his favorite "GIRLS" his sister Martha and wife Vicki, again in good spirits and feeling well.

Brother, Husband, Father, Uncle, Grandfather, GreatGrandfather,
And to all he met "A Kind and Gentle Friend"

Carmon loved his family and Carmon loved the LORD.......
