Carmelita “Mameng” Zita, 96, born on August 11, 1927, passed peacefully in her sleep on February 05, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her only son Nelson (2/11/23). Carmelita leaves behind her three daughters Magdalena, Theresa, & Rowena. She was a Grandmother to Fourteen, a Great grandmother to Seventeen and Great-Great grandma of two.
Mameng was WWII and Cancer survivor. She was a world traveler and made pilgrimages to Lourdes & Fatima.
She will be greatly missed by her family & friends.
