Carmelita Nadal Dimatulac, the second of nine children, was born on February 18, 1941, in Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines to Andres Nadal, Sr., and Mamerta Cuaresma.
Carmelita was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a doting grandmother. She was a retired preschool teacher from Hickory Tree School located in Torrance, California.
Carmelita lived a prayerful life. She spent most of her time performing church-related activities or praying the rosary and novenas for family and friends. As a Catholic and an involved member of Banal na Pag-aaral (BNP), she showed deep devotion to Mahal na Ingkong and the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Carmelita is survived by four younger siblings: Virgilio Nadal, Armando Nadal, Eleonor Acebedo, and Estrella Nadal, and seven children: Ronildo Dimatulac, Anne Rampas, Clybert Dimatulac, Romeo Dimatulac, Jr., Geraldine Joyce Dimatulac, Vivien Carmelita Acosta, and Ian Glenn Dimatulac.
