Carla Maria Suarez

Carla Maria Suarez was born in Glendale, California on April 27th, 1980, to Cesar Suárez Ibias and Rosa Gutierrez Paz. She was raised in Glendale and Eagle Rock and attended Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in La Cañada Flintridge, graduating in 1998. She attended the University of San Diego graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology in August of 2002. Carla started her 14 year long tenure in the Human Resources field in 2004 and primarily worked in the aerospace and medical device industries. In 2013, she completed her Masters of Science in Management & Leadership from The Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. In 2018, she transitioned into focusing on Special Needs advocacy and supporting the needs of her son.

Carla married Juan, native of Spain, in 2013 and had their first child in 2014. They welcomed twin boys on July 15, 2021,however shortly following delivery complications arose and Carla passed away.

Carla's life was filled with a passion for helping others and to always continue learning. It was her hope that this be her legacy.

She is survived by her grandparents - Amparo, Rosa, and German; her parents, Cesar and Rosa; her brother - Mario; her husband their three sons.
