It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Caesar A Perez, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend, who peacefully left this world on January 31st 2025 at the age of 84 years old. Born on September 20, 1940 in El Paso TX, he later became a proud resident of Wilmington, California. Caesar was a man whose life was defined by his unwavering faith, kindness, love and dedication to hard work. 

A God fearing, God loving Christian. Caesar was known for his deep love for the Lord, his family, and especially his wife Jessie. He lived by the teachings of Christ, always striving to serve others with humility, compassion, and grace. Whether it was through his tireless work ethic, the support he gave to those in need, or his commitment to his church, he exemplified the virtues of love, patience, and selflessness.

Caesar served his country proudly as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He then worked as a Long Shoremen at the Long Beach/ Los Angeles Waterfront. Caesar always took pride in his work and always put in the effort to provide for his family. His integrity, honesty, hard work, and determination earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and friends. Caesar retired from the Waterfront after 47 years. 

Caesar is survived by his loving wife Jessie , his children, Mary, Richard and Tommy, his 13 grandchildren/ great grandchildren/ great great grandchildren and many extended family members and friends who will miss his warm smile, infectious laughter, and compassionate spirit.

Caesar ’s legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched with his faith, love, and generosity. He is now at peace, resting in the arms of the Lord, and will be deeply missed and loved by all who knew him.
