Bryan Sonny Man, 23, was born on June 24, 2002, in Long Beach, CA. He was known for his charismatic and positive energy, friendly attitude, and empathic nature. His contagious laughter and infectious smile would light up every room. With natural humor and a gift for bringing people together, he was often the life of the party. Beneath his joy, was a remarkable resilience and an unwavering drive to keep moving forward.

Bryan was finishing his final semester at CSULB, working toward his Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition — a field that perfectly reflected his passion for health, science, and helping others live well. His other passions included jiu jitsu, rock climbing, cooking, being with nature, going on adventures, video gaming, spending quality time with friends & family, his cats: Bean, Coco, & Leo, and having true, meaningful conversations.

Bryan was a cherished son to Sokhon & Sony, a beloved brother to Justin, Jessica, and Stephen, a devoted boyfriend to Britney New, and a loyal friend to many. With no doubt in his heart that Britney was his forever, he had begun preparing to ask her to spend the rest of their lives together, with dreams of starting a family of their own.

He dedicated his life to experiencing what it truly has to offer: finding true love, building a strong community within friends & family, exploring the outdoors, admiring the little things, and pushing his limits — even training for a triathlon.

Though Bryan’s time was far too short, the love he gave, the light he carried, and his adventurous spirit will remain in our hearts forever. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A memorial service will be held on March 3rd, 2026, at 11:30 AM - 1:30PM at Patriots Chapel in Cypress, CA.
