My heart is heavy as I share the news of Bruce D. Stamps passing. Bruce D. Stamps, 71, born on February 27, 1952, in Harlem, NY, United States, passed away April 22, 2023. He resided in Van Nuys, CA at the time of his passing. Bruce Stamps was a man who lived for his family, friends, and the joy of working. His love and fellowship will be dearly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
