Brigido Adriano, Jr.

Our beloved father, Brigido Adriano Jr., known to many as Jun Pogi, passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 77.

Jun Pogi bravely fought cancer for 2 years and all throughout that journey, he showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, cycling and golfing.  He loved his independence, but despite being limited in his physical abilities, he kept his cheerful disposition.  And despite the pain, he had his friendly and smiling face until the very end.  Jun had a great ability to make others smile and that will be greatly missed.

Jun was surrounded by all his loved ones during his last moments.  He left behind his three daughters, Lorie (Joon), Loida and Leila (Maan), as well as the mother of his children, Leonie.  He was a doting Papa to his 6 grandchildren, Alexis (Jesse), Jacob, Lauren, Jaden, Laurence and Lorenzo.  Jun is also survived by his long time partner, Benita, his sisters, nieces and nephews.

Jun’s remains are to be cremated and a private funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 2:30 PM PDT, at the Church of the Hills in Forest Lawn - Hollywood Hills.
