Brandon Johnson

March 13, 1988 — November 12, 2025

Brandon Joshua Johnson, beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandson, and friend, passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 37. Born on March 13, 1988, Brandon lived a life defined by love, loyalty, humility, and a joyful spirit that touched everyone who knew him.

For nearly 20 years, Brandon shared his life with his wife, Angela, and for the last 15 years they built a beautiful marriage grounded in laughter, adventure, and unshakable commitment. Together they raised three children, Zoey, Madalynn, and Ezra, who were the center of his world. Brandon was a playful, present, and devoted father, the kind who turned ordinary days into cherished memories. Whether they were fishing, hiking, mini golfing, exploring theme parks, or simply spending time at home, Brandon made life feel full of wonder.

Brandon was known for his sharp mind, quick wit, and extraordinary creativity. He was talented in everything he tried and had an easy gift for picking up new hobbies. Friends and family marveled at how effortlessly he could learn and master anything that captured his curiosity. His humor, kindness, and humble nature made him impossible not to love. To meet Brandon was to want him in your life.

For 20 years, Brandon was a dedicated welder and fabricator. He took tremendous pride in his work and served as the Shop Supervisor at Pacific Kiln and Insulation Co., where he spent many years alongside coworkers who became like a second family. He was deeply respected for his craftsmanship, leadership, work ethic, and the genuine care he had for the people around him.

Brandon is survived by many who loved him beyond measure. He leaves behind his wife Angela and their children Zoey, Madalynn, and Ezra; his mother Heather Lewis, his father Darren Johnson, and his stepfather Michael Roach; his beloved grandmother Sharon “Mema” Royce; his siblings Ryan Barnes, Tiffany Lewis, Angelina Soto, Brittany Slayton, and Casey Newhouse. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Richard "Papa" Royce, with whom he shared a deep bond and who helped raise him. We take comfort in believing they are reunited in heaven.

Brandon lived a life full of meaningful friendships, the kind built over years of loyalty, laughter, and genuine connection. During the ten days he spent in the hospital, his room was filled every day with the people who loved him, a testament to the impact he made.

In his final act of generosity, Brandon gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. His heart was donated to Marco Sandoval, a husband of 25 years and father of two. One of his kidneys was gifted to Sergio Torres, a loving husband and father of five. His second kidney went to Juan Pantoja, a young father and caring partner. Each of these men, like Brandon, are “rad dads” and his selfless final gift gave them a second chance to live, love, and be with their families.

Brandon was the love of Angela’s life, the heart of his family, and a steady, joyful presence to so many. He leaves a legacy of kindness, strength, humor, and love that will live on forever in the lives he touched and the family he cherished.

He will be missed every day until we meet again.
