Bradley David Graham was born on June 10, 1954, in Glendale, California. He passed away at the age of 65 on July 13, 2019. His mother and father, Dorothy and Harry Graham raised him, his brother Steve and his surviving sister, Cindy Graham. In November of 1974, Brad married Becky (Thomas) Graham at First Baptist Church in Sunland, California and together they raised two daughters Sarah Michele and Kathryn Marie. He and his family were long-time residents of La Tuna Canyon/Sun Valley, where he resided for the past 35 years.
Brad was a true craftsman, not only exceptionally skilled in his trade of masonry, but literally everything he placed his hands on. At 18 he began his apprenticeship with the Brick Layer's Union and was a Journeyman Mason with them for 25 years. In 1994 he started his own business "Brad Graham Masonry", with Becky by his side running the office portion. His skills are seen around houses near and far, but especially his own home and those of his family members. Regardless of the job at hand, he could do it. In order to rest his knees, in 2004 he began work for the City of Los Angeles as a Building Inspector, where he continued to work until his passing.
Katie married Kevin Pope and in 2014 Brad's first grandson, Landon Graham Pope was born followed by his granddaughter Lyla June Pope in 2018. Family was everything to Brad and his grandchildren were his complete pride and joy. He would do anything and everything for them. Something across the board that people have shared about Brad is that he was a one of a kind man, one of the good ones. He had the kindest and most caring heart, always putting others before himself, never complaining and always having a positive attitude. If only more of this world could be more like him.
Brad spent his adolescent years riding dirt bikes and carried that all the way through his adult years. He was a part of the Sunland Shamrocks Club for many years and spent year after year traveling down to Mexico on rides and spending time with his friends. Other things he enjoyed were riding his mountain bike, spending time on the lake out on his boat, wood working and creating beautiful pieces. Over all of those things, what brought him the most joy in the last five years were his grandbabies. They adored him and he has left quite a legacy for them - one that will never be forgotten and that will live on with all that love him forever.
A Memorial Fund is set up in Honor of Brad at Carousel Ranch (carouselranch.org)
