Borunda Denise McKeever, lovingly known as Denise, was born July 30, 1962, in Los Angeles, California. Denise passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the age of 63.

Denise embodied warmth and generosity, making space for others to feel seen, heard, and cared for. Her faith in God carried her through life’s challenges and was reflected in her compassion, resilience, and the way she showed up for others. As a mother, she offered unconditional love, protection, and a presence that will be deeply missed.

We honor Denise as a woman of faith and quiet strength. Her spirit lives on through the love she gave so freely, especially in the strong bond she nurtured with her daughter.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Jeff Edwards; her sister, Debbie Potts; and many other loving relatives and friends.
