Billy Ray Garrett, 75, born on October 9, 1936, in Wesley, Arkansas, passed away June 20, 2012. He resided in Fullerton, California at the time of his passing. He was survived by his wife Diana Garrett, daughter Lori Price, grandchildren Dusty McCormick and Nikki Price, great grandchildren Dylan McCormick, Isabella McCormick and Jacob Avery as well as many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandson Mathew Anderson and daughter Karen Garrett. Services will be held at Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. The service will begin at 2:30pm June 29, 2012. Afterward everyone is welcome back to Dusty's house to share wonderful memories of Bill.
