Billie Lynn Richard (Wallmann/Sears) was born on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1954, in Southern California. On November 1, 2025, at 1:43am (I Love You), she was escorted by Angels to be reunited with her 'Daddy' Bill, her 'Sissy' Sandra, her beloved husband Dan and many others - including her grand pups. The loves of Billie's life were her two children, Angelina Lynn and Christopher Thomas, and her two grandchildren, Kylan Thomas and Lillie Ann (partially named after her). She also leaves behind her beautiful mother Precious 'Linda', two loving sisters Gail and Tammy, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Billie was one of the most funny, kindhearted, generous, thoughtful, considerate, hardworking, selfless and honest people you will ever meet. She found humor in everything she did, while balancing responsibilities with finding time for fun! Most importantly, she was uniquely HER!
Beyond anything else, she was the MOST AMAZING Mom, Grandma and friend you could ever ask for!!! She was an absolute blessing to all who knew and loved her, and she will live on FOREVER in all of our hearts.
