Billie Richard

Billie Lynn Richard (Wallmann/Sears) was born on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1954, in Southern California. On November 1, 2025, at 1:43am (I Love You), she was escorted by Angels to be reunited with her 'Daddy' Bill, her 'Sissy' Sandra, her beloved husband Dan and many others - including her grandpups. 

The loves of Billie's life were her two children ~Angelina Lynn and Christopher Thomas~ and her two grandchildren ~Kylan Thomas and Lillie Ann (partially named after her) ~. She also leaves behind her beautiful mother Precious 'Linda', two loving sisters Gail and Tammy, lots of nieces and nephews, and countless friends. 

Billie was one of the most kindhearted, funny, generous, thoughtful, considerate, hardworking, selfless and honest people you would have been lucky enough to meet. She found humor in everything she did and made every event that much more fun! Most importantly, she was uniquely HER! 

Beyond anything else, she was the MOST AMAZING Mom, Grandma, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and friend you could ever ask for!!! She was OUR four-leaf clover and an absolute blessing to all who knew and loved her! She will live on FOREVER in all of our hearts.
