Billie Marshall

Billie Marshall, a beloved Husband, Father, and friend, passed away on February 20, 2026 in West Covina, California, at the age of 92. Born on January 14, 1934, in Annona, Texas, Billie lived a life characterized by hard work, dedication, and a spirit of kindness that touched the lives of many around him.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Billie proudly served his country, earning the Korean Service Medal, United Nations Medal, and National Defense Medal—recognition of his honorable service and dedication during a pivotal moment in history. Billie enjoyed many hobbies in his lifetime, including traveling, classic cars, and coin collecting. He cherished family trips, holding dear memories of Christmas in Maui and birthdays spent in Big Bear, which brought joy and warmth to his heart.

He is survived by his loving wife, Fay Marshall, and his daughters, Charmaine and Hadassah, sister-in-law Paulette. 6 grandchildren Cardon, Matthew, Jonathan, Shauntea, Alyssa and Alexandria who remember him for his laughter, wisdom, and the love he shared with those around him.

Billie is preceded in death by his sisters Dorothy and Betty, as well as his mother, Esther Wesley. They were a part of his life that he cherished, and their memories will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

A funeral service to honor Billie's life will be held on March 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills - Church of our Heritage, located at 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, CA 91724. Friends and family are encouraged to gather to pay their respects and celebrate the life of an extraordinary man who made a meaningful impact on the world around him.
