Betty Jean Zito, 93, born on April 7, 1927, in Huntington Park, CA, United States, passed away January 28, 2021. She resided in La Mirada, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California. She grew up in LA, married Theodore Tennis, and had two children; Suzanne Tennis and Christopher Tennis. In the early sixties, she married Alexander Zito. Together they created a successful printing business in Whittier that survived 50 years. Betty was a full-time working mom, and equal partner and businesswoman in Al's Rubber Stamps. She was also very artistically talented in beaded jewelry, knitting, sewing, pottery, and crafting. She is survived by her daughter Suzanne Tennis, her son-in law Bob Hyde, her grandchildren Dustin Hyde and Sharice Hyde, her son Christopher Tennis, her daughter-in-law Laura Tennis, and her grandson Jeremiah Tennis. Her grandson Joshua Tennis preceded her in passing. Betty was a loving and strong force in their lives, and is missed with every day that passes.
