Betty Jean is survived by her 2 daughters Tammy Brooks (spouse Bob Brooks) and Tonya Walker (spouse Dennis Walker), 5 Grandchildren Amber Gibson, Ashley Williams, Amanda Ramey, Eric Walker and Steven Walker. She had 5 Great Grandchildren Alexis Ramey, Addison Ramey, Katelyn Williams, Karlee Williams, and Jebadiah Gibson. Betty Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Hassell Sturgill.
Betty Jean will be missed by her family and friends. We are so very grateful to God for the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ, and confident that Betty Jean is now resting in peace and reunited with her husband Hassell. Rest in peace, Mommy. We love you!
