Betty was preceded in death by her husband Beecher Roberts and their son George Lee Roberts. She is survived by her son Kevin, daughter-in-law Noreen, step-son Rodney and his wife Kathy, grandson Chad and his wife Cristi, granddaughter Jessica and her husband James, and many extended family members. Betty's beautiful great-grandchildren are Merrick, Rachel, Noah & Donovan.
A student of the gospel, Betty tried to show others God's love in all she did. She spoiled her grandchildren and reveled in the lives of her great-grandchildren, who affectionately called her Gigi.
Betty loved flowers, especially roses, and enjoyed her friends and fellowship of the Lakewood Garden Club.
A lover of dogs, Betty rescued her last furry friend from the animal shelter. For those of you that would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers, please visit www.SPCALA.com. (Donations can be made in her name and the family can be notified of your generosity through the site.)
