Bertha B. Ashley, 86, born on 15 February 1936, in North Carolina, United States, passed away 15 February 2022. She served in the U.S. Army 1954 to 1956. She later was elected to the Walnut city Council and served as Mayor for 5 terms over 20 years period. She resided in Chino , CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California. The family is asking that in lieu of flower, please make donation to the DAV, Disabled American Veterans
