Benny is survived by his wife, Erlynn B Carbajal, of 52 years, Lisa Carbajal-Dominguez, Daughter, and Raymond Carbajal, son, Brandi Halcomb and Mimi Madsen, grand-daughters and their spouses, Benny Dominguez, grand-son, Jakob Halcomb, great-grandson, and multiple family members of the Carbajal's and Botelho's (Madamba's).
Benny also played the role of father figure for many other's who were dear to him, Renee Stewart, Scott Carbajal, nephew, Juan Sosa, Mondo Garcia, Nephew, Sherlock Carbajal, nephew, Anthony Carbajal, nephew, and so many others.
