July 2, 1954 - February 17, 2021 Barry Wayne Pettyjohn 66, was the youngest son of Harold and Agnes Pettyjohn . At 18 years old he began his career at Todd Shipyard and worked his way up in the company becoming a Marine Machinist Foreman up until they closed down and has always remained in the ship industry up until he retired in 2020. He is survived by his loving wife Cynthia of 48 years ,two children, Jason Pettyjohn and Lisa (Angel) Marroquin, six grandchildren ,Alexis, Arianna, Angel ,Jaslynn, Brooklynn ,and Jayden, and one great- grand daughter Leah. Barry enjoyed collecting coins, fishing, the Dodgers ,cooking and gardening with his wife and most of all enjoyed all the moments he spent with all his grandchildren and great-grand daughter. He was the proudest "Papa" ! He is also survived by extended family and friends whom loved and adored him. He will truly be missed .
