George Drake and Son Brick Contractors, built blocks of the city's major buildings. Her Grandmother, Myra Drake sold realistate to famous people. Barbara was married to John L Stewart 1945 - 19991 at the time of his death. They had three daughters, Jacklyn Marie 1947 -2008, Linda Sue 1949 and Martha Marion 1953. Long Beach, California.
Barbara Stewart taught English Literature at David Starr Jordan and Woodrow Wilson High Schools in Long Beach. Her students meant everything to her.
She resided in Long Beach, California at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn
