Barbara June Marks

Barbara June Marks, 94, born September 29, 1926, in Hollywood ,passed away February 20, 2021. Barbara called Burbank her home for over 50+ years where she was quite active with her senior groups and women's groups. She loved getting together with her Mellowtones and singing and entertaining whenever they could. December you'd find Barbara at the local mall collecting toys at the Giving Tree every year, she loved doing anything for the little children they gave her so much joy. Spring and early Summer she'd be up and out early, planting, filling all the bird feeders and then heading to the dog park!! I think there would be times she would leave with 3 dogs and come home with one more!! They were her family and she treated them so. You touched the lives of so many Barbara, in your gruff, unfiltered wacky loving way, we would all shake our heads and laugh and always come back for more. You are truly one of a kind and you will be missed by many.
Rest sweetly my Auntie Aunt, I'm ok your Milkweed has grown-up. Love you Love you
