Barbara A. Mahaffie, 83, passed away peacefully June 4, 2024 in Los Alamitos, California . She was Born October 30, 1940 in Bellflower, California to Edna and Ivan Mahaffie.
In 1963 she began her career with the Anaheim Union High School District. She worked as a Teacher of English at Western High School until 1974 then at Anaheim High School until 2001.
In 1989 Barbara graduated from Claremont University with her Ph,D in Education. She enjoyed volunteering at Rancho Los Alamitos giving tours.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Edna and Ivan Mahaffie. She is survived by her loving Cousins and Friends.
