An actress in her younger days, Barbara was married to fellow drama-school student, the actor Patrick Macnee. She was a devoted mother, and a loving wife to her second husband, a psychologist, the late Dr. Graham Foulds. Trained at the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, she lectured at the Wallace Collection, and worked at Sotheby's/Los Angeles in the early 1980's. She was passionate about fine art, design, and all form of cultural expression. She loved nothing more than a brisk exchange of views. And how! She helped many a frightened soul through troubled times.
She resided in Rancho Mirage, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest lawn, Cathedral City, CA.
