Aurora Laurente Tayag-Woods

Aurora Laurente Woods, 95, born on October 04, 1928, in Manila, Philippines, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 26, 2023 In Pasadena, California.  She is survived by her children:  Ruby (Victor) Paguia,  Sister Rebecca Tayag SSND,        Roxanne (Jimi) Noseworthy  and Rex (Janine) Tayag,   grandchildren, and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews,  Kay and Claudio;   also survived by her sister, Celia (Nick) Laurente Anastasakis and her family .

She always felt so beloved by her parents Forentina and Leonardo Laurente and her siblings Ernesto (Nesting),  Augusto (Toting), and Leonardo (Andy) who all have preceded her in death.

She lived a life of  generosity and dedication to her many faithful family and friends.

She was a self-proclaimed “fashionista”,  always dressed to the nines!  She also maintained a positive and friendly countenance about her, always interested in people thus, so well liked by her big circle of friends.

Our sincere thanks for the many acts of kindness tendered during her stay at GEM Transitional Care .
