February 4, 1942 — March 5, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Arturo Quizon Singian announces his passing after a brief illness, on March 5, 2018, at the age of 76 years. Arturo is survived by his wife of 52 years and love of his life, Liberty, their daughter Bernadette, his brothers Jaime and Emmanuel, his nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Arturo will be fondly remembered as a devoted, loving and kind husband, father, brother and uncle who loved to travel and sing. His career spanned over 33 years of service for the California Department of Insurance. A funeral mass for Arturo will be held on March 14, 2018 in Los Angeles.
