Arsenia Taino

Arsenia Taino, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 86 in Baldwin Park, California. Born on December 14, 1938, in Dipolog City, Philippines, Arsenia graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce at the University of the East.  She touched the lives of many through her kindness, warmth, and unwavering spirit. 

Arsenia is survived by her devoted husband, Cesar Taino, and their three children, Geraldine Taino, Julius Taino, and daughter-in-law Sarah Taino. Her legacy also lives on through her cherished grandchildren, Paige Taino, Liam Taino, and Silas Taino, who brought her immense joy and pride.

She was preceded in death by her dear sister Ceresa Bagarinao and brother Jaime Bagarinao, who will be fondly remembered alongside her.

The Taino family invites all those whose lives Arsenia touched to join them in celebrating her life. A visitation will be held on March 12, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills, located at 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, CA 91724. A funeral service will follow on March 13, 2025, starting at 2:30 PM at the Church of our Heritage at the same location.

Arsenia Taino will be remembered for her loving nature, her dedication to her family, and her ability to bring people together. Her presence in our lives will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain in our hearts.
