Anthony Chavez Jr., 37, born on June 14, 1988, in Los Angeles, CA, United States, passed away September 14, 2025. He resided in Walnut, CA at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, CA.

Anthony was affectionately known as "Chavez," a loving son, brother, father, husband, and friend. Anthony brought warmth, laughter, and light into the lives of everyone who knew him.
On September 14, 2025, after a courageous battle with depression and mental health challenges, Anthony took his last breath, leaving a deep and painful void in our hearts.

His memory will forever live on. Anthony was known as strong, dedicated, passionate, silly, and full of loving charisma. His radiant smile, kind spirit, tight and warm bear hugs, and the beautiful heart he carried touched countless lives.

His legacy of love and resilience will never be forgotten.
