A Little Bit About Anthony:
Anthony was born in Beirut but raised in Syria. He immigrated to the US after he finished his military service to join his family. Although he wished he could go back, he spent the rest of his life in California.
Anthony had countless stories to share whether about Syria, his military service, his childhood years, etc. His favorite story was when he took the military truck and drove it in the snow speeding and causing a major damage to it and getting away with it. He also enjoyed telling how he made uniforms for upper ranking officials in exchange for a vacation time. One of the stories he laughed at a lot was when he requested a vacation claiming he was getting married. His boss appeared at his house in katana to say congratulations, and Anthony's mom said, "Anthony didn't get married". He told those stories with a big smile on his face. He had so much pleasure talking about them as they were another chance for him to relive those moments. Anthony loved and never skipped an episode of Judge Judy and Judge Milian Court shows. He had a very sweet tooth which he had to control after his major life threatening heart attack in 2014. (The desserts eaten in secret don't count) The fridge would have lots of healthy cookies in the morning, by the evening, there would be none; then, he would say he didn't know who ate them. Anthony loved Costco's samples. He would grab one sample in front of the employees then grab another from behind their backs which was hilarious. He was caught few times and given the dirty look. Anthony loved his job and had the highest level of work ethics anyone could have. Even when he was extremely sick, he showed up to work on time. He enjoyed poetry by Nizar Kabani and Middle Eastern music.
Anthony was full of energy and was loved by everyone that knew him. He is survived by his two brothers Charles and Sami Alannouf and his children Tony and Angela Alannouf. He is also survived by other relatives and many who have great memories with him. Although Anthony's life was cut extremely short, his memory will live forever in everyone's heart. He is now reunited with his father, his mother, and his brother in heaven where they will be watching over their loved ones.
