Anne Bartel Beebe

Mother, wife, sister and aunt… all rolls Anne Bartel Beebe embraced throughout her life. She was the family glue; the one that kept us together … she is the definition of family. She loved to cook; and gathered as many of us as possible every year for the annual July birthday get together. When the next generations of nieces and nephews came along she relished being Great Aunt Anne … she was truly great. Loving, caring and a caregiver to all; she is a beautiful spirt among us.
Anne was born in Trona, CA on July 3, 1940 to Benjamin Franklin and Cecil Maude Boyle. She was the ninth child in a family of fourteen children; growing up in Los Angeles and graduating from Woodrow Wilson High School. She went on to an amazing 35 year career in the accounting office of The Broadway department stores before retiring. Anne is survived by her daughter Dianna Lynn Bauer (David), her husband Murl, brothers Charlie and Jim, sister Alice Rudolph; sisters and brother in-laws that she held dear; and three generations of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by "mama" and "daddy", brothers Fred, Harry, Richard, George and John David; and sisters Violet, Eva, Mary Ellen, Louise and Gloria Marie. She is now reunited with her sister-in-law "little darling" Sophie (Jessie) Boyle who passed away earlier this year. One can only imagine the reunion she had with all of her loved ones in Heaven; as they welcomed her home.
