Ann Lucille Sullivan Radley, 76, born on April 24, 1941, in San Antonio, Texas, passed away December 21, 2017. She resided in Covina, California at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California. She was preceded in death by mother Hattie Baxter Forsyth, father Eddie Sherwood, stepfather William Forsyth, and daughter Deanna Louise Cummins. She is survived by sister Kathryn (Norman) Wright and neices and nephews. And daughter Debbie Hilburn of Covina, Ca and daughter Doretta (Randy) Williams of Purcell, OK. Granddaughters and Grandsons and great grand children::Leslie (Johnny) Montez and Bryssa, Isabelle, and Riley Montez of Oceanside,Ca. Tonya (Toby)Dial and Cordelia and and Dylan of Byars, Ok, Jacob (Laura) Cummins and Jake and Layla of Ok, Ben Cummins and Jaylin and Bentlee of Ok, Mark and Axil, Jason (Shelly) and great granddaughters. Weston (Nicole) Sterling and Caleb of OK, Tomi (James) Guevara and Ashleigh, Michael, Trenton, Mikayla of OK, Jennifer Williams of OK. She enjoyed playing cards, golf and Elvis Presley. She loved to dance when she could and never passed up a piece of lemon meringue pie.
