Valenzuela Jr., 84, of Indio, CA passed away Friday, April 29, 2022. Andrew was born on August 12, 1937, in Madera,Ca, to Andrew and Lucy Valenzuela. He is preceded in death by his wife Marie Valenzuela and his son Andrew Valenzuela III. Andrew is survived by 2 sons, Michael and Christopher and 1 daughter Liza. He is also survived by 4 grandsons, Michael, Matthew, Jacob and Domonic and 1 great-grand- daughter, Amoriah. Andrew was a Navy and Army Veteran. He was also a plasterer and a member of the plasters union for over 30 years before retiring. Andrew was a devoted member of Our Lady of Soledad Church for over 60 years. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and received the honors of the Fourth Degree in 1962. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. Services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Our Lady of Soledad Catholic Church in Coachella at 10:00 a.m. with a reception to follow at the American Legion in Indio. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, California.
