Anderson William Keener, 79, born on November 7, 1938, in Dunbar, West Virginia, passed away February 24, 2018 peacefully at his home in Monrovia, California. Bill knew no strangers. He was a hard working and honest man. A good ole country boy. He loved his family and went above and beyond to help them, teach them and support them. His love of his love was Loretta. They spent 60 wonderful years together. .Our hearts are broken, but we know is in Heaven with the Lord.
