Ananias Carandang Limbo

On August 29, 2022, Ananias Carandang Limbo, loving husband, father of three, grandfather of three, passed away at the age of 93. Ananias was born on December 10, 1928 in Batangas, Philippines to Pablo and Eulogia Limbo. On August 14, 1957 he married Isidra Perez. Together they raised two sons, Allan and Joey, and one daughter Debbie. Ananias was proud to have served twenty years in the United States Navy. After military retirement, he settled in Cerritos, CA and was employed by the United States Post Office for an additional twenty years, while concurrently working as a licensed realtor for Century 21. Ananias' love for exercise was evidenced by his slim yet strong physical build. He remained fit by jogging and walking daily at the neighborhood park. He also delighted in playing the weekly lottery. But what he relished most was spending time with family, especially his three grandsons whom he adored. He was known for his gentle nature, his solid work ethic, and his strong family values. Ananias was preceded in death by his eldest son Allan and is survived by his wife Isidra, children Joey/Mimi and Debbie, grandsons Justin, CJ, and Joshua. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Forest Lawn in Cypress.
