Ana Delmy Moran

Ana Delmy Moran, born in her beloved hometown of San Vicente, El Salvador, to Salvador and Luisa, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2023.

In 1969 she immigrated to Los Angeles by herself, settling in the neighborhoods of East Hollywood and Silver Lake. A trailblazer in her own right, she helped paved the way for her children, her family and their future offspring to have a successful future. She was a mother of four, grandmother of nine, and great grandmother of four.

She was surrounded by her children, family and friends during her final hours. With sadness in our hearts, we said goodbye Wednesday morning at 8:38am. We will miss her joy, her smile and her lively spirit. We will always remember her with great affection.

Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Glendale, CA.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 7pm on Monday, November 6, 2023.

Funeral will begin with a service at 10am at the Church of the Recessional inside Forest Lawn. She will be laid to rest following the service.  

Ana Delmy Moran, nacida en su amada ciudad natal de San Vicente, El Salvador, hija de Salvador y Luisa, fallecio pacificamente el 25 de octubre de 2023.

En 1969 emigro sola a Los Angeles, estableciendo raizes en los vecindarios de East Hollywood y Silver Lake.  Pionera por derecho propio, ayudó a allanar el camino para que sus hijos, su familia y sus futuros descendientes tuvieran un futuro exitoso. Fue madre de cuatro hijos, abuela de nueve y bisabuela de cuatro.

Estuvo rodeada de sus hijos, familiares y amigos durante sus últimas horas. Con tristeza en el corazón nos despedimos el miércoles por la mañana a las 8:38 am. Extrañaremos su alegría, su sonrisa y su espíritu vivaz. Siempre la recordaremos con mucho cariño.

Los arreglos funebres estan bajo el cuidado de Forest Lawn, Glendale, CA.  

El velorio se llevara a cabo de 4pm a 7pm el lunes 6 de noviembre de 2023.

El funeral comenzara con un servicio a las 10am en la Iglesia de la Recesion dentro de Forest Lawn. Sera sepultada despues del servicio.
