Allen S. Bulaon, 68, born on March 10, 1949, in Manilla, Philippines, passed away June 26, 2017. He resided in Norwalk, California, at the time of his passing. He was the son of Armando and Catalina Bulaon and had two brothers and four sisters.

He graduated Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. On October 29, 1972 he married Cecilia Bulaon. Allen and Cecilia had two sons, Michael and Jake. He enjoyed fixing and building things around the house and it seemed second nature for him. He remodeled his house in Norwalk, CA and also bought a house in Las Vegas, NV for his and Cecilia's retirement place. He worked as a manager of maintenance in air conditioning and heating at Centralia School District in Buena Park, CA for over 25 years. He also started his own business, Balance Heating and Air as a side job.

Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter Isabella Seraphine. He is survived by his wife, Cecilia, his two sons Michael and Jake and granddaughter Isabella.
